Who can use My100

You must be 18 or over. For now you also need an invitation from someone already on My100. One account per person, used by you alone, with details that are true.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself: anyone holding your sign-in link or password can act as you, and you are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

What you may not do

• Harass, threaten, stalk or deceive people.
• Share anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
• Pretend to be someone you are not, or misrepresent who you are connected with.
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automation, or try to reach the service any way other than the app.
• Interfere with the service or its security, or try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours.
• Sell or transfer your account, or use My100 to advertise or solicit.

Your content

What you share stays yours. So that My100 can work, you give 4D4 Labs a limited license to store, transmit and display it to the people you chose to share it with, and for no other purpose. That license ends when the content expires or when you delete it or your account, apart from routine backups, which are discarded on their own short schedule. You are responsible for what you share and confirm that you have the right to share it.

Reports and removal

If something on My100 should not be there, tell us through the app or by replying to any email from My100. We review reports ourselves. We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that in our judgment break these terms or put people at risk, and we may do so where the law requires.

Our content

My100 itself, including its name, design, code and artwork other than what people share, belongs to 4D4 Labs or its licensors. You may use it only through the app, as intended.

Fees

My100 is free while in beta. If we introduce paid options, we will say so clearly and in advance, and you will choose whether to take them. Nothing you already have will start costing money without your agreement.

Changes to the service

My100 is new and will change. We may add, change, pause or remove features, and we may pause or end the service. If we end it, we will tell you first and give you time to say your goodbyes.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the foot of your Profile; you will be asked to type the word delete first. Everything of yours goes with it, at once and for good. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we end the service.

No warranties

My100 is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, 4D4 Labs makes no promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 4D4 Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost data, arising from your use of My100, and our total liability to you for anything connected with My100 is limited to the amount you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which while My100 is free is nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Your responsibility

If your use of My100, or something you share, leads to a claim against 4D4 Labs, you will cover the costs and losses that result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where 4D4 Labs is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the courts there.

The rest

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the privacy page are the whole agreement between you and 4D4 Labs about My100. These terms may change as My100 grows. When they do, the date at the top changes with them, and we will let you know about anything that matters; continuing to use My100 after a change means you accept it.
